3. What packages do you offer?

We have several offerings that can be customized based on your needs. Most packages generally include drone footage and raw footage where specified. Please contact us for detailed pricing and options.

4. How long is the final video?

Our final videos typically range from 5-15 minutes for wedding film highlight, and full-length videos can reach 1 hour. We work with you to ensure you get the perfect length and sometimes less is more to ensure an enjoyable viewing experience.

5. How long does it take to receive the finished video?

Our typical turnaround time is 1 to 2 months depending on the package and the time of year. We always aim to deliver your video as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

6. Do you provide raw footage?

Yes, we can provide raw footage with many of our most popular packages and upon request for an additional investment for certain packages. However, our edited videos are carefully crafted to include the best moments from your day.

7. Do you offer drone footage?

Yes, we offer drone footage as part of select packages or as an add-on option. This can provide stunning aerial shots of your venue and surroundings.

8. How do you handle audio?

We use professional-grade audio equipment, including lapel mics for the ceremony and speeches, to ensure clear, high-quality sound throughout the video.

9. Will you work with my photographer?

11. How many videographers will be at the wedding?

Depending on the package, we typically have one to two videographers present to ensure full coverage. More videographers can be arranged if needed at an additional investment.

12. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes, we are happy to travel for destination weddings! Travel investments will apply depending on the location, and we can discuss logistics in detail during the planning process.

13. How do you ensure you're prepared for unexpected weather or lighting conditions?

We come fully equipped with the necessary gear to handle any weather or lighting challenges. From additional lighting to weatherproof cameras, we’ve got you covered.

14. What is your booking and cancellation policy?

To secure your date, we require a 25% deposit upon booking. The remaining balance is due 1 week before the wedding. For cancellations, we understand the difficult decision to have to cancel or reschedule a wedding so we make it easy to cancel without any cancelation fees. Any payments made are nonrefundable. If there are financial constraints, we will try to work to provide other coverage options if possible but not guaranteed.

15. Can we meet before the wedding to discuss details?

Yes, we offer consultations to go over your vision, preferences, and any special requests. Meeting ahead of time ensures that we capture your day just the way you envision. We typically have multiple meetings leading up to your wedding for discussion.

16. How do we choose our music or our wedding captures?

Unlike some other wedding companies, we use royalty free music through our licensing partners. This ensures you the client and us the company are follow in compliance with copyright law. We will work to find the appropriate genre and similar artist styles that you enjoy and feel accompany you both as a couple.
